Overall Idea
A city, dynamically generated when needed, saved in a DB, that users may log into and explore.

General plans include:

• zones, similar to commercial, industrial, residential
• dynamically add sections when they are needed, strip them away when not (show section rundown as it ages?)
• simultaneous multi user experience on a web server
